All Day Crop May 23rd! Registration for the All Day crop will not start until April 2009. I will update you as we get closer.

Just a reminder that there is a $10 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than one weeks notice.

All Day Crop - November 1, 2008

Hi Ladies,

Registration is now open for the All Day Crop on November 1, 2008. The cost is $45 which includes lunch, dinner, door prizes, welcome kit and access to Kim's Scrappin' Studio. The earlybird price is $45 until September 20, 2008 after September 20, 2008 the price increases to $50.

The registration deadline is October 1, 2008 or when full.

Fall Crop Dates for 2008

Hi there,

I trust everyone is enjoying their summer (I'm still waiting for it to arrive, although the forecast for the rest of this week is looking good!).

Just thought I'd send out the dates for the fall crops as I've already had a few requests. You can e-mail me at zurstegg@mts.net to reserve your spot. Remember, there is a $10 cancellation fee if you do not cancel at least one week prior to the crop!

There will be a slight increase in the crop fee this year to $12.00. I've been able to keep the fees the same for five years but in order to maintain the same standard of prizes and refreshments it is necessary to increase the fee. Still pretty cheap for a night out with your friends!!!

We are also looking forward to having Kim Griffin and her store The Scrappin' Studio at our crops. Kim is also full of lots of great ideas and carries the latest trends in Scrapbooking.

Here are the Fall dates for 2008:

September 5
October 10
November 7 & 28

The All Day Crop will be on Saturday, November 1st. I will forward information and registration forms on September 1st so they can be handed in as early as the first crop.

Remaining Crop Dates

Well, Ladies it looks like spring has sprung! I can't wait to get out there and take some great outdoor pictures - and we'll planting in the gardens before we know it!! I know there is still snow on the ground but spring and fall are my favourite seasons - as soon as the days are a little longer I start thinking about what to plant!

Just thought I'd give an update on the remaining crops for this season.

April 18 - I will be away but Carla will be running the crop.
May 9
June 6

Response has been great for the All Day Crop on May 3rd! If you're interested in attending you should get your registration in asap as we are already halfway to full registration!!!

I attended the Luau Crop (Barb Plett's) last weekend and had a great time - it was so nice to actually get some of my pages complete and attempting to get caught up!!!

All Day Crop Date Change - May 3rd

It's time again for my All Day Crop. Unfortunately, I've had to change the date to May 3rd, 2008. Everything else remains the same. (Hubby could only get holidays the last week of April instead of first week of May so I had to do a quick change - I hope we haven't inconvenienced everyone!)

Here are the details:

Saturday, May 3, 2008

10AM - Midnight

at Rossmere Golf & CC (corner of Watt & Leighton)

$45 for early bird registration - until March 7, 2008 - $50 after March 7, 2008

Includes: welcome kit, tons of door prizes, contests, access to Carla's Scrapbook store, lunch (soup and make your own sandwiches) & dinner (chicken, veggie & potatoe)

Assigned seating - to make sure you sit with your friends.

Registration deadline is April 3, 2008 or when full.

February Crop

Just wanted to invite everyone out to the February 1st crop at Rossmere. If you bring a new friend who has never been to one of my crops before the price is $5 each (Usually $10) and the regular patron will have her name entered into a draw for a Crop-A-Dile (a $30 value).
